Leadership and Development

You will be a role-model leader and hold associates accountable to rocking AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You will make it a top priority to recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs.

Visual and Operational Excellence

You will be responsible for executing and innovating daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. You will ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards.

Integrity and Accountability

You will ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing - always.

Requirements
  • You have a passion for driving sales and a proven track record of success in a retail management role.
  • You are a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and are able to multi-task with ease.
  • You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
