Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster open communication with residents and nursing home staff
  • Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, incontinence care, and feeding
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors and their families
  • Assist in transporting and moving residents within the facility
  • Efficiently manage and organize medical supplies as required
  • Support meal preparation and feeding residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
  • Monitor and document residents' vital signs
  • Respond to and assist residents with various needs and requests

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • PCA, HHA, or CNA certification or a minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Flexible availability
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
