Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Exact Staff. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining climate-control systems, ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily refrigeration system maintenance to meet or exceed company standards.
  • Work with staff to evaluate data and coordinate process control changes.
  • Perform maintenance of process equipment and facilities infrastructure.
  • Conduct regulatory and process control testing, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Prepare for and respond to ammonia refrigeration system emergencies.
  • Collaborate in maintenance and construction projects.
  • Identify equipment repair and improvement needs.
  • Request equipment replacement parts, chemicals, and supplies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration or a similar role.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions on process control systems.
  • Good understanding of refrigeration and related controllers, as well as knowledge of industrial controllers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and ability to learn company software.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Always follow company GMP Policy guidelines. Understanding of electrical components/controls.
