Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a key technical role in our SIEM Engineering team, responsible for managing and deploying cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer and implement SIEM platforms (Chronicle and Sentinel)
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure and GCP
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts and templates to automate provisioning and management of cloud resources and SIEM configurations
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new cloud technologies and best practices to optimize infrastructure performance and cost

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in IT, with a focus on cloud security and SIEM solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of managing and deploying cloud infrastructure through Terraform
  • Experience with GCP and Azure cloud platforms and securing cloud-based applications and services
  • Sentinel or Chronicle SIEM experience
  • Strong experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment or development pipelines, and automation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Relevant cloud certifications: AZ-400, AZ-500, SC-200, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer GCP, Terraform Associate
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
  • Expertise in Git version control, including advanced repository management and GitHub Actions workflow configuration and familiarity with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and passion for cyber security and the aptitude to identify and solve security problems
