Cash Handling and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cash Handling and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Central Pacific Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Provide personalized customer service and consistently look for ways to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions
  • Comply with all security procedures and bank regulations
  • Participate in branch-wide campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months or more of experience in cash handling and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
