Responsibilities:
- Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and medication administration.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting optimal healing and comfort.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance on patient care.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, prioritizing patient care and safety.
