Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

• Provide high-quality AutoCAD and REVIT drafting for preliminary and detailed structural design drawings, including plans, profiles and cross-sections.
• Create customer-facing final drawings, sketches and designs for single-family residential wood frame structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and reports.
• C coordinate project designs with other disciplines.
• Identify and escalate any inaccuracies in projects, project scopes or project schedules.
• Work under the instruction of a Structural Engineer to complete designs and drafting work within negotiated time, cost and quality standards.

Requirements:

• You'll need to be very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
• You should have knowledge of building systems found in single-family residential wood frame structures.
• You'll require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in using AutoCAD and Revit modeling tools is essential.
• You'll need to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.
• A professional approach to work and an outgoing personality are necessary.
