Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team. This position offers a sign-on bonus and flexible shifts, including both day and night options with 7-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage care plans, including administering medications, collecting specimens, and providing clinical treatments.
  • Document and plan patient care effectively.
  • Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and their families.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess an Associate's degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. A valid KY or Compact RN Licensure is required.

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and can be obtained within 45 days of hire.
