About the Role

Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Wealth Strategist to join our team. This key member of our Family Office Services team will be responsible for producing and reviewing complex estate and wealth planning deliverables, identifying and developing proactive observations and recommendations, and interpreting complex estate planning documents and financial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produces and reviews complex client estate and wealth planning deliverables, including estate flowcharts and other technical deliverables.
  • Develops and reviews observations and recommendations relative to specific planning issues and strategies with an eye toward proactive opportunities.
  • Develops and reviews technical, complex, and comprehensive plans focused on wealth transfer and estate planning, incorporating objectives and information from the client team.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and summarizes sophisticated estate planning documents.
  • Provides guidance for Wealth Strategists on the administration of various family entities and comprehensive services related to maintaining client family office needs.

Requirements

  • College degree with a postgraduate degree of JD, L.L.M, or MST and/or a professional designation of CPA, CFP, and/or CPWA, with 8 years of relevant experience in estate and tax planning and/or fiduciary and trust planning and administration.
  • Must possess a foundation of technical and business expertise with prior experience in strategic wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret/analyze estate planning documents, financial statements, and tax returns with strong attention to detail.
