We are seeking a skilled Pressroom Technician to join our team at Midwest Staffing Group. As a Pressroom Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the Press Operator in setting up and operating flexographic printing presses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Press Operator in setting up and operating flexographic printing presses.
• Setup and adjust doctor blade chambers.
• Load and unload rolls on the machine.
• Load and unload print sleeves as needed.
• Clean the print station, replace ink, and manage ink flow.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and work safely at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience in the printing industry, preferably in a pressroom environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy rolls and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
