Trauma Clinician RN Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Trauma Clinician RN to support our growing Trauma program at Texas Health Fort Worth, a Magnet designated Hospital, Level I Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Engage staff to promote best practices and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Participate in policy development and mentor staff on policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians to advance physician engagement and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • ADN required; BSN preferred.
  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • BCLS - prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
  • ACLS - within 90 days of hire.
  • PALS - within 90 days of hire or ENPC - upon hire.
  • TNCC or ATCN - upon hire.
  • 3-years Trauma/Surgical Intensive Care and/or Emergency Department related experience.
