Overview: As a Multi-Family Senior Superintendent, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful completion of multi-family residential projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
