Key Responsibilities- Operational Tasks: Perform high-volume intake queue handling and labeling machine learning data in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process Improvement: Propose enhancements for workflows, products, and policies to optimize our email fraud prevention capabilities.
- Investigation Support: Collaborate with our team to investigate critical issues and provide expert analysis to prevent future incidents.
- Threat Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on email fraud attack strategies and patterns to proactively prevent events from occurring.
- Availability: Work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with flexible scheduling options.
- Experience: Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Education: Typically requires a High School degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in G Suite (Google) applications and familiarity with Zoom.
