About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior eDiscovery Attorney to join our dynamic and growing litigation firm, Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising eDiscovery matters, privilege reviews, and transactional due diligence projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • eDiscovery Management: Oversee the management and supervision of eDiscovery matters, including privilege reviews and transactional due diligence projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of e-discovery technicians and technology professionals to enable them to function at a higher level.
  • Revenue Maximization: Maximize revenue from the eDiscovery function by working closely with Finance and Accounting.
  • Training and Development: Train other legal professionals on eDiscovery subjects and develop and maintain primary responsibility with case teams for non-review special projects.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with Discovery leadership and internal and external Client Teams to manage and supervise complex document reviews, contract analysis, analytics projects, and other projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Juris Doctorate degree.
  • Experience: Significant experience applying state-of-the-art litigation technology, advanced analytics, and project management tools.
  • Skills: Superior legal analysis skills, ability to effectively supervise and manage numerous legal professionals, and ability to track, evaluate, and provide feedback designed to improve performance.
