MainStreet Family Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Eufaula, Alabama. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform minor procedures, such as toenail removal and foreign object removal, and provide suturing and splinting services as needed.
- Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management, review x-rays, and provide general dermatology and eye care services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide emergency management skills as needed.
- Collaborate with medical assistants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
- MSN or higher education required.
- DOT certification or willingness to become DOT certified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
