Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing, measuring, and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic studies.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic studies, following specific physician orders and department policies.
  • Perform and assist with nuclear medicine studies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient information and procedure details.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved school of radiologic technology or nuclear medicine.
  • Current certification in Diagnostic Radiology or Nuclear Medicine.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
