About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Management team with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and clients, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintaining an organized working environment through effective filing and record-keeping practices.
- Providing information and supporting the Management team with administrative tasks.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
