Job Overview

Ace Hardware is seeking a skilled Warehouse Dock Loader to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a critical role in loading and unloading bulk goods, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and assisting with transfers.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload customers in a timely manner, including bulk feed, propane, mulch, hay, straw, posts, culvert, gates, and handling equipment.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and grounds, including sweeping floors, cleaning the parking lot, and restocking shelves.
  • Transfers and Verifications: Assist with transfers, including staging and verifying incoming merchandise and paperwork.
  • Incoming Merchandise: Check off against bill of lading before signing off on delivery.
  • Deliveries: Deliver goods as early as possible on scheduled day to prevent delays.

Requirements:

  • Lift 60 pounds repetitively on a regular daily basis.
  • Work 40 hours plus per week, including every Saturday.

Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
