Digital Marketing Strategist

Solex HRC Inc is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our web-based marketing strategy to promote our brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate internet sales.

• Web-Based Marketing Strategy: Plan and implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via our website(s).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with web development and design teams; provide guidance on marketing-related aspects of our web presence.
• Content Creation and Management: Develop and expand our web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promote our brand through these channels.

You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day running of all social platforms (primarily, Solex website, Instagram, IG Stories, Facebook, Tik Tok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Mail Chimp Newsletter) and staying up-to-date knowledge of all current social media platforms and trends.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field required; 3-4 years of related experience preferred.
• Skills and Abilities: Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns; 3-4 years social media marketing experience for companies/brands.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with HTML and web design; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
