Position Summary: Threshold Rehabilitation Services Inc., a leading organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities, is seeking a reliable and responsible Maintenance Worker.

Work Schedule: This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with paid holidays off from the first day of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general janitorial and custodial tasks.
  • Assist the Director of Facilities and Maintenance with various building upkeep projects.
  • Daily responsibilities include:
    • Collecting trash
    • Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
    • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
    • Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies
    • Setting up and breaking down areas for meetings and events
    • Ensuring building security at the end of shifts
    • Assisting with snow removal
    • Maintaining the exterior grounds
    • Carrying out light electrical and plumbing repairs as required
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in custodial and maintenance roles.
  • PA Criminal History Clearance.
  • Pre-employment Drug Screening.
