Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
- ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
