Skilled Tradesperson

At Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Skilled Craft. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $19.47 - $35.00 per hour. The starting pay is dependent on your skills and background. You will be required to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, and occasionally on Fridays. This is a day shift position, working 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday.

As a Construction Skilled Craft, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, including operating equipment, reading blueprints, and following safety protocols. You must have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently when necessary.
