Job Details

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with a Hazmat endorsement to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of recent OTR/Regional experience and a clean driving record. The position involves running a dedicated account in OH, IN, and IL, with a home weekly schedule and a 34-hour reset. Drivers will be responsible for assisting with freight movement and will have access to great equipment, including 2022 or newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia's.

Pay/Benefits
  • Drivers will earn $0.55 per mile, with an average weekly pay of $1,495 and a yearly average of $76,250.
  • A $66 per day per diem will be provided.
  • Drivers will receive $500 in orientation pay, paid on the second check.
  • Accessorial pay includes $14 stop pay, $10 tailgate pay, and $17 per hour delay pay after the first hour.
  • Full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO, will be available after 60 days.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of recent OTR/Regional experience.
  • Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
  • Must have a Hazmat Endorsement.
  • Must live within 75 miles of Dayton, OH.
  • Cannot have been terminated from any driving job in the last 3 years due to safety concerns.
  • No DUI's in the last 5 years. No more than 1 DUI in lifetime.
  • No more than 2 misdemeanors in the last 7 years or 3 in a lifetime.
  • No felonies in the last 7 years.
  • No more than 10 jobs in the last 10 years. No more than 5 jobs in the last year.
  • No more than 18 months unemployment in the last 3 years.
  • Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
