Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Prudential Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for individual patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes to supervisors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisors.
Requirements
  • Current License: Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Certifications: First aid/CPR certification required.
