Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapy Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administering radiation therapy treatments and ensuring patient safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiation therapy procedures following established protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during radiation treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments administered, following regulatory and institutional guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiation physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific care plans.
  • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
  • Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Certifications:
  • ARRT certification (or eligibility for certification).
Skills Competencies:
  • Strong technical proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail, with a commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
