We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Surgical Progressive Care Unit (NSU) team at AdventHealth Orlando. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide exceptional patient care to our patients with complex neurological conditions, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, 36-hour per week position, working three-hour shifts, with nights from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, utilizing the nursing process to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in neurology and work with a variety of patients, including those with normal pressure hydrocephalus, elective spinal surgeries, and other complex neurological conditions.
