Environmental Health and Safety Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to join our team in Botkins. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing environmental, health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote sustainability within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in an EHS role and a deep understanding of OSHA rules and regulations. Key responsibilities will include:

• Practicing safe working techniques and reinforcing safety policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Providing daily guidance and direction in EHS programs at the employee/supervisor level.
• Assisting in the identification of possible losses, evaluating risk, and developing plans to correct or prevent losses.
• Providing advice, assistance, and auditing line management to ensure effective EHS implementation.
• Coordinating regulatory programs and supporting compliance processes.
• Reviewing accidents and incidents, conducting field audits, and managing corrective actions.
