About the Role

Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Travel Radiologic Technologist Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Job Summary

This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Radiologic Technologist Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of medical imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other medical imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining protocols and positioning them for optimal image capture.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and imaging findings.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Technologist (RT(R)) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working with CT scanners and other medical imaging equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
