The successful candidate will have extensive experience in software product development, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA programs, including functional testing, automated regression testing, and performance testing. Additionally, they will oversee the implementation and optimization of QA automation strategies, focusing on increasing efficiency and coverage.
A strong background in Agile development methodologies, management experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The candidate should also possess a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools, particularly in web and mobile application testing. Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress and TestRail is also essential.
Salary is DOE, ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Additional perks include work-life enhancements, such as a Work From Anywhere program and 20 PTO days to start, with an additional day per year for each year of service.
