Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager in producing high-quality construction documents efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and manual processes to create construction documents.
  • Follow project standards and guidelines.
  • Convert verbal and written instructions into final documents.
  • Draft specification changes as needed.
  • Proofread work and generate architectural plans and graphics.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Drafting/Design.
  • 3-8 years' experience in single-family and/or multi-family residential architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
