An Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited institution recognized by GaPSC is also acceptable.

Certification: Compliance with Bright From the Start requirements is necessary as outlined in the educational criteria.

Experience: A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Skills and Abilities: Candidates should demonstrate the ability to follow directions, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit strong organizational capabilities. Previous classroom experience or a proven ability to engage with children is preferred.

Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds with assistance and to push or pull up to 50 pounds. The position involves typical activities such as sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional requirements for stooping or crouching.
