Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Establish trusted relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning store equipment.
  • Load/unload delivery trucks and occasionally assist with deliveries.
  • Maintain knowledge of products offered and suggest ways to improve sales.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous experience selling and tinting paint products.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
