Budderfly is committed to reducing global carbon emissions and promoting sustainable practices in the energy industry. We're seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team in Nashua, NH.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of our HVAC units, performing routine maintenance tasks, and identifying potential issues. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement sustainable practices and optimize energy efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with HVAC/R systems, an S-1 License, and EPA Certification. Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is a plus. You'll enjoy working in a dynamic environment and contributing to our company's mission.

Location: Nashua, NH and surrounding areas. Compensation: $38,000 - $50,000 per year. Benefits include competitive pay, full benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.
