Kona Medical Consulting is currently seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a center-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD, utilizing evidence-based practices and research-based methods.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze client progress to inform treatment decisions.
  • Supervise and train ABA Therapists to ensure high-quality care and exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech Therapists (STs) to provide comprehensive, client-centered care.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards for supervision and ethical service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD.
  • Strong knowledge of BACB standards and best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time, with occasional lifting and bending.
