Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality patient care in various settings. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of care for patients.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $42,000 - $50,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include Flexible Schedule, Competitive Pay, Full-time/Part-time Availability, Overtime Pay, Holiday Pay, and In-demand Bonuses. Our company also offers comprehensive Benefits Packages Available, including health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate individualized patient care as directed by the RN/LPN in a safe manner according to policy and procedure.
- Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate needs.
- Complete and record patient vital signs, weight checks, intake & output, blood glucose, urine tests, and specimen collections.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, nail care, hair care, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with patient positioning, ambulation, and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, co-workers, and self.
- Communicate patient information with care team during and between shifts.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- Valid TB Testing Documentation
- Current Physical Examination
