Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dialysis

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse - Dialysis to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
  • Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of patients and the healthcare team.
