Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Exhaust System components and sub-systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful product releases
  • Conduct quality improvements, value optimization, weight reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Communicate technical product status to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in English (write, listen, and speak)
  • 1-3 years of design/development automotive engineering experience in chassis or powertrain systems and components
  • Self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive automotive experience
  • Product engineering experience
  • Prototype experience
  • Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) experience
  • Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R) experience
  • Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Green Belt certification
