Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a variety of patients, including pre- and post-operative patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide bedside care for patients, including preparing and administering medications, and documenting patient information.
  • Conduct patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on patients' immediate conditions or needs.
  • Prepare equipment and aid physicians during examinations and treatments.
  • Educate patients on surgical procedures and provide discharge planning and patient education.
Requirements:
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • 2 years of recent acute care experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
