Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary, urgent, and preventive healthcare services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living environments.
- Work collaboratively with medical directors, attending physicians, and nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Engage effectively with patients and their families, providing guidance and support throughout their healthcare experience.
- Perform thorough initial evaluations, confirm admission orders, and conduct physical examinations, medication assessments, and depression screenings.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky.
- DEA License and national certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care specialties.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all new hires, unless a Medical or Religious exemption is provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in internal medicine, gerontology, or cardiology.
- Strong administrative and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently and efficiently with a focus on precision and patient care.
- Nursing experience in ICU, ER, or SNF settings.
