Job Summary

As a Quality Control Inspector at HIS Innovations Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet our high standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Products: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Use Inspection Tools and Equipment: Utilize a variety of inspection tools and equipment to assess product conformity, including precision measuring tools, gauges, and other required tooling.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, including documentation of non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Quality Control Team to ensure conformance of finished goods, raw material, and in-process work to company, regulatory, and customer specifications.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Processes: Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Quality Control Experience: Proven experience in quality control, with a strong understanding of quality principles and practices.
  • Weld Inspection Experience: Experience with weld inspection, including certification in CWI, CAWI, or VTII.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manufacturing Environment: Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.
