Sports Book Ticket Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sports Book Ticket Writer at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our sports book operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Cash Handling: Process cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ticket Writing: Write tickets and process cash winning tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and difficult situations in a calm and patient manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the sports book.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and able to perform different tasks and follow procedures correctly, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
