Job Description
At FACE FOUNDRI, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Bar Receptionist. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRI.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
- Product Recommendations: Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRI products.
- Store Operations: Assist in all in-store operational processes and ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
- Time Keeping: Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
- Training: Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
- Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
- Store Maintenance: Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
Requirements:
- Guest Service Experience: 1 year of experience in guest service.
- Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience in sales and marketing.
- Salon Experience: Preferred experience in a salon environment.
- Current Esthetic Students: Preferred current esthetic students.
