Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Equus Management Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our residential facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lodge Operations: You will oversee the opening and closing of the lodge, including unlocking buildings, deactivating alarms, and greeting early users.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms, common areas, and equipment.
  • Safety and Security: Identify and address potential safety hazards, and maintain accurate records of security incidents.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy objects.
