Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge to the Treasury, Accounting, Finance, and Tax (TAFT) teams, assisting in problem resolution and contributing to training development.
  • Oversee application planning, execution, and support, including system maintenance, configuration, and updates.
  • Administer the change control process and offer functional support while implementing new functionalities and adhering to application standards.
  • Act as a business process expert, supporting all aspects of financial systems.
  • Possess a strong understanding of SAP GL, AP, AR, FM, Automatic Payment, FICO-MM Integration, FICO-SD Integration, Electronic Bank Statement, In-House Cash, Concur, Coupa, and Vertex.
  • Manage payment processes, establish closing schedules, and handle year-end adjustments and 1099 processing.
  • Identify detailed system requirements based on business needs from the TAFT groups.
  • Configure and test modifications to facilitate new system developments and enhancements.
  • Provide functional specifications to ABAP personnel for custom modifications.
  • Assess the impact and conduct testing for SAP AOPs (Add-on Packs) and SAP Release upgrades.
  • Support the creation and execution of Enterprise Test scripts.
  • Investigate user-reported issues, resolve problems, and ensure timely ticket closure.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from development to production, ensuring compliance with TAFT procedures and tools.
  • Regularly communicate status updates and address any issues or risks that arise.
  • Collaborate with team members and TAFT groups to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including TAFT and IT applications teams.
  • Participate in gathering requirements and drafting User Stories or Technical Specification documents.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, stability, usability, maintainability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance application programs within a collaborative team environment.
  • Prepare systems for the monthly close process, including data preparation and process management.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient execution of monthly close processes across all systems.
  • Provide training for end users and serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
