The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of physical therapy principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Supervise and mentor physical therapy students and support personnel.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
- Basic skills in math and computer science.
- Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Anticipates challenges and develops strategies for addressing them.
