Job Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of physical therapy principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy students and support personnel.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Anticipates challenges and develops strategies for addressing them.
