Become a vital part of our organization as a Sanitation Technician at GFF Career Page, a prominent player in the food production sector. In this position, you will support the Sanitation Supervisor in upholding the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ various cleaning agents and sanitizers to thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment, surfaces, and facilities.
- Conduct comprehensive washdowns of machinery and floors to maintain a pristine environment.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve sanitation and food safety issues.
- Utilize a forklift for multiple operational tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of applicable experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Experience with Lock-out Tag-out safety measures.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
