This position presents a remarkable opportunity for career advancement within Halff, offering potential for both professional growth and ownership opportunities within the firm.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working effectively with design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. In addition to project management duties, candidates must exhibit strong capabilities in managing budgets, schedules, personnel, subconsultants, and client interactions. The candidate will also collaborate closely with the Team Leader and Operations Manager on business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
- 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or transportation project management
- P.E. license in the State of Florida or the ability to secure an FL PE within six months is preferred
- Proven leadership skills in project management and technical staff supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, team-oriented, and a commitment to quality and integrity are essential.
