Job Summary

Legends is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Room Service Attendant to join our team at WinStar World Casino. As a Room Service Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide guidance to guests on dining options and general attraction information.
  • Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments/areas.
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate requests to the kitchen immediately.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, work, and service areas.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club, restaurant, or similar environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Previous server or room service experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a team-oriented setting.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
