ESS Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for providing instructional support to students in assigned classrooms while the regular teacher is absent.

• Instructional Support: Provide meaningful instruction to students in assigned classrooms, following the regular teacher's lesson plans and curriculum objectives.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, ensuring that students are engaged and focused on their learning.
• Communication: Report any student injuries, illnesses, or serious discipline problems to school administration, and maintain open communication with teachers and school staff.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in education.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications: AR/FBI Criminal History Clearance and Department of Human Services Child Maltreatment Central Registry Clearance required.
