Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, your primary duties will include:

  • Delivering personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene maintenance.
  • Assisting residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and well-being.
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Responding promptly to residents' requests for assistance.
  • Supporting dining services by serving meals and assisting with menu selections.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Connecticut.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with electronic medical records is advantageous.
